#100: And they don’t know much about us and what happened ;)

Distance and time.

I totally did not expect the road trip to Perak would turn out as the best decision that I have ever made so far. Imagining myself somewhere far from familiar places and faces was just out of the picture! I mean, I went there with only 2 person that I know and 11 other people that I barely know which eventually turned into such amazing 13 people that I have known throughout my entire life. Ain, Haikal, Ogy, Hafiz, Zhafir, Ganyu, Adi, Afiq, Ikhwan, Syazwan, Fiza, Ninie and Izzah :) Also the other 4 sweethearts; Pakka, Teha, Azie & Jannah who joined us for half of the day! :)

We started off our journey that Friday night (14/10/11). 3 cars convoyed; Ain's, Adi's and Ikhwan's, while Pakka's joined us few hours later :) I was in a car with Haikal, Ain and Ogy. We totally clicked and started to tease each other like we've known each other forever despite the fact that I and Haikal knowing Ogy for like only a few minutes hahaha :p We did a whole lot of pit stops and reached Ipoh around 2am. Decided to have supper at Dataran Ipoh! God, these Perak People; they're still up filling their tummies around this hour (Y) Pakka's car joined us there. I had to say it was a total awkward at first being dominated with a bunch of smart, Medic students. Pretty intimidating. So, I and Haikal just sat at a corner laughing at our own jokes, slapping ourselves with totally random inside jokes.. Thank God for the Medic Students' high level of friendliness, we totally bonded like we were added on with a catalyst! :p We clicked so good as if we've known each other for years! :D

The next day, Saturday (15/10/11) was the highlight of the weekends! :D We got ourselves to Gua Tempurung, Perak in the morning after we had breakfast at Ain's Place. Her mom shall be granted as the best host :3 Her house is so comfortable and beyond awesome hospitality hihihii :3 Anyways, we drove to Gua Tempurung and started our journey in the cave and ended up a few hours in it. Got soaked in water because we had to crawl on water in the cave. We had a few Geology moment there. Oh well, caves equals to stones equals to us Geologists. We had to go down at this really steep side of the cave, I swear to God, lutut lemah gila that I actually grabbed Haikal and Pakka to walk down with me. You know, just because. After the few hours in the cave, we had our lunch while waiting for our turn to go for the white water rafting. Pakka’s car went back to KL first that afternoon.

Zhafir. Haikal. Ganyu. Adi. Afiq. Hafiz. Syazwan. Ikhwan. Ogy. Ain. Me. Ninie. Izzah. Fiza.

The white water rafting experience was just too amazing to be described! We had to go on a lorry to the river. The journey on the lorry took up at least 1 hour. We stood behind in the lorry and enjoyed the cool air and beautiful scenery of kampung and hills! :D The air rushing through my face was Ya Allah, nikmat! :) We arrived at the river and it started to rain heavily. To be honest, I panicked thinking that the water will be running crazily and we’re about to go on a raft! Just the craziest idea ever. I paired up with Haikal, Ain & Hafiz in a raft. And we had the time of our life! ♥

That night, as I always say.. we are always as Gagah as always. Decided to go for dinner and karaoke! Karaoke that ended up as a choir! :p I lost my voice and as expected, I and Hafiz clicked so fast as if we have known each other for eternity :p These people are so much fun to be with! :D

The next day, we headed to Lata Kijang Waterfall, one of the highest waterfalls in Malaysia! :) We had barbeque there. We were already like one big family. God, it was so adorable I swear :’) Later that evening, we headed back to KL, but had our last pit-stop at i-City Shah Alam! We decided to go for a walk and a few games like bumper car ride before we separated for classes the next day :p I had so much fun!

Thank you so much for the loveliest weekend in 2011! If I could hug each of you, I would. Really! ♥

Lata Kijang Waterfall.

Geology mates ♥ We were trying to portray a romantic scene under the lights of the trees. Looks like it failed? Oh well, at least we've tried hahaha

Tradadaaa, wanna see my loser cowboy?

So, I was glad that Zhafir was with us on the way back because I got into this whole messy argument with Haikal because of a rootbeer. But then it all went well after we had this vow session.. which I recorded in my handphone ;) Hahahaha so funny but so cute :p

P/S: Just to clear things up.. I know this seems a lil unfair to my Geology mates because they keep on picking on us saying we’re always with the Medic students. I love you guys as much lah okay? Will always be, mwaaacks!

Loves, xx
