#98: Lemon twist in my Coke.

A quick and long update on how my first month in the third semester treats me.

IT HAS BEEN AMAZING (despite the tiring schedule, boring classes, and a lil heartbroken here and there).

I must say that I have put a few pieces back together. I am finally standing on a more solid ground and this smile, although it may look weird and freaky, it has been plastered longer than those frowns. Oh well, it has never crossed my mind that setting secrets free in the open hands of those people I lay my trust on could feel this good. Could lead to whatever happened this month. It is beyond great to know that once the secrets are out in the open, I don't have to worry about hiding behind them anymore because honestly, the problem with secrets is even when you think you're in control, you're actually not ;)

• Anyways, UM Geology Department Raya Open House happened in the afternoon. It was given a new twist. And, I am loving the whole bond between us the second year students. So adorable, please.

• Geology Senior-Junior Interaction Day went not just pretty well, but way too good. Shall salute Bambang for being such a great oraganizing chairperson. To get the whole department in this together, isn't the easiest thing to do I shall say. Especially with our different heads and frequencies. But, despite of that, we all had so much fun; the seniors, the juniors. I was surprised by the commitment given by the juniors. They're such lovely sweethearts :)

• We had a surprise birthday celebration for Ilda too! We gathered her close friends and had a simple, quick dinner at Ben's Bangsar. We also managed to do catch ups later that night, accompanied by our favourite bottle of fruity smoke ;)

• I also attended the AIESEC Interview. It's this youth leadership international organization. I wanted to join the team because I believe this will be a platform for me to contribute more to something. The interview went well. Really well. And I got accepted into it :)

• We also had a surprise birthday celebration for Trump in 5th Residential College. Gathered all the Geology course mates and also Trump's best friends from PASUM. It was lovely ;)

• And something that may flabbergast some; I actually signed up to join the residential college's organizations such as JKP Kreatif and also decided to represent my college in either Archery or Contemporary Dance (that was the closest to Cheerleading anyways). I just thought I should be back on track, so I did it.

• Ahh, and the UM Faculty of Law students had their Mock Trial the other day. It was just way too amazing, the level of it being hilarious just hit way off chart! My jaw literally hurt from laughing too much. Haikal's best friend; Adeline shall be granted as the best actor that night ;) It was a great night. Directly and indirectly ;) A great show accompanied by my favourite people; Alin, Pakka, Haikal, Cha, Trump, Ashee, Jerri, Tiara, Ilda, Farid and Nadh :) And ended it with a dinner at 223 PJ; our own McLarens. Just, perfect.
