#112: Happiness hit her like a train on a track.

Rock Climbing!

You know the perks of doing something to overcome your fear? For instance, if you have a fear of height, and you go for bungee jumping or maybe rock climbing to overcome it. That feeling when you succeed in the war of going against the fear is just indescribably wonderful. Such a beautiful feeling.

I managed to reach the top in Rock Climbing despite of my slight of fear in height. I am this kick-ass goldstar girl that managed to overcome her fear *throws confetti and pats back* :D It all happened so last minute in a blink of an eye. Haikal texted me (mamat ni tak ajak tau, he gave me a statement to get ready and he’ll pick up -.-) and it took me awhile to brain it because he has never mention about it before and boooom he asked me to get ready for it. He is forever an unpredictable guy.

We made our way to Putrajaya Wall Climbing (with Haikal, Ain, Ikin and Nazmi), and met up with our senior; Affan there. Thank you so much Affan for the guide and training! It was an amazing experience ;) I just realized that I’m such a lazy pig that I refused to brain out my path to reach the top hahaha. I kept on shouting “Okay which rock should I step next guys?!!??” Well, not being a diva but I hate using my brain (that explains my bimbotic act at times).

I also succeed in becoming a ‘Belay’! (If in cheerleading context, a belay is like the base to the flyer. Comprendre?) and I got my hand a really badass blister due to belaying the fattyass Haikal (ohh I named him Gajah Gemok! Cuteeeee kan?!!? PLS SAY YESS!!!) I totally didn’t expect him to weigh that much okay, I actually floated up while belaying him -.- So heavy lah pls. And as usual he just had to take revenge on me, so he purposely let me fall abit while him belaying me. ME & HIM CAN NEVER STOP ARGUING. Drama betul tau.

OMFG, Nazmi is so cute okay! He went up halfway being so bising and he suddenly stopped halfway. I swear to God, we thought he cried. He refused to move or even nod his head for like 15 minutes. We got panicked and we quickly pulled him down. Was the funniest scene ever I swear!

We were there for like 7 hours! Craaaazy but it was fun. Then we headed to Taman Warisan for our super late lunch. OMG.. Taman Warisan Putrajaya brings back so much memories okay erkk!

Later at night, we headed out to IOI Mall Puchong. I swear, I have never imagined bringing my friends there.. I mean it has always been that only place where I could look really horrible wearing shorts and tshirt and not bump into anyone that I know of. So yaaaaa, we went there -.- and then we just lingered around town not knowing what to do. I bet you can guess who the driver was. (the only lunatic driver who goes on roundabout like nobody’s business; Haikal!). He kept on losing focus when I sit with him in the front, God knows why. But I somehow love screaming and panicking in his face hahahaha. We ended up having supper in William’s! :D And oh well he just had to pick on me non-stoply -.- I do not know to feel horrible or just adapt to it.. or I could use a punch on his face. HAHAHHA OKAY BRO.

I call him Gajah Gemok, pls!

#91: LASER TAG!

GAME ON!

Have you ever heard of this game called Laser Tag?

If you're a big fan of How I Met Your Mother, you'll go like "OMG, Barney Stinson's favourite game where he does his rave shit around too." Yeaaaps! We now have it at 2 places here in Selangor; one in Mid Valley Megamall and the other is i-City Shah Alam. We decided to have a quick, mini get-together in Mid Valley since Amir Yassin (the friend since high school) is leaving for Ireland this coming Raya. So, almost all the PJ gang were there and the eager to try on this game just shines through each of our face; we were that excited! Haven't seen Maula in ages, and pooof his there too together with his brother and friends :D My high school friends were there too, so do my university friends. Ahhh, it was such an amazing experience!

What is Laser Tag?

Basically Laser Tag is like an indoor Paintball. The have their own court/arena/field/battlefield/ whatsoever you call em as. The ball (with paint/bullets) is changed with laser (you know those infrared laser? Yeah that). Laser Tag has its own costume, you have to put them on before going into the battlefield. Each costume has its own name (such as: Cobra, Raven, Destroyer, Shadow, etc.) as when you're done with the game, you can go out and check your score and also your shooting accuracy.

How do they count it or sense it?

That's easy ;) On your costume, there will be a few laser detectors, namely on your chest area, your backbone area, your shoulders and also your laser gun! So, in order to 'kill' your enemy/opposing team, you have to hold the gun with both of your hands (Yes, both! Or else it won't detect your hands and the gun will not function properly), and shoot your target on those 4 areas with laser detectors.

How do you know which is your enemy/opposing team?

Hahh! You will be divided into a few teams (this depends on the type of game that you pick, but my favourite is 20 ppl divided into 4 teams), and each team will have their own colors blinking on their costume (e.g; red, blue, purple, yellow, green, etc.). So, you can easily detect them in the dark! Plus, it blinks on those areas with laser detectors, even easier for us to shoot our target :)

How does the battlefield looks like?

It's dark in there fo' sho'! :p Fret not, your colorful blinking costumes will help you detect your enemies/opposing teams :) They have a few floors with pillars (so you could hide and save yourselves behind em and also a few towers and other stuffs like dragon, snake, eggs and such. Those are all your targets too. If you're Team Red and you found an egg with the color blue, you're supposed to shoot it (it gives your team more additional marks). If you're a first timer, the floor plan will look confusing, but no worries, you'll get used to it by your second game ;)

What skills do you need in the game?

A lot of running and squatting! :p And it also tests your accuracy on hitting your target. If you could stay focus on your target, fast and enthusiastic, then.. YOU'RE GOOD TO GO! :D Teamwork would really help a lot in this game ;)

How do you know which team wins?

You will be left in the battlefield battling with each other for about 10 minutes per game. After 1 game ends, they will let you out for a rest. Outside the battlefield, there will be a digital scoreboard where all those lasers detected being counted. The team which possess the highest accuracy and the most target hits will win the game ;)

Other things that you should know?

One session comprised of 3 games. It costs you RM 65 per session. The best amount of people to join is 30 people. If less, you will have to play together with other strangers :O Jengjengjeng. Mostly kids (but they are very dangerous and professionals!). This RM65 includes the drinks and also food that will be served for you during your resting period! They serve Ribena, Apple Juice and Mineral Water as the drinks; where as, for the food, they serve you Pizza (or you can pick burger or hot dog), french fries and fruits! And the food is super yummy and super a lot too! :9 You can vomit by the 3rd game, hehe kidding! Lessen the food intake before the games. You can indulge yourself after the games, hihii :3 Ohh they also have karaoke in the room! (Yeaaps, you get to rest in a private room with your friends hehe). To enjoy the karaoke service, you only have to add RM2 per person :D Oooh please wear anything comfortable with jeans and sneakers/sandals!
